Mirror

Slice the image into square pieces and mirror them randomly.

Logic: The image is divided according to the Grid Size setting. Next, random pieces are selected and mirrored according to the Axis setting. The Percentage setting controls the chance of the cell to be mirrored. Upload your own images to experiment.

Note: In my observation, this exercise works very well with photos that we are good at recognizing like people’s faces. Our perception of the face is not disturbed by the manipulation. We can still construct the image of a person even if it’s spliced up and manipulated. Using abstract images can also create interesting results.
